LANDSLIDE ON RAILWAY
SYDNEY-BRISBANE LINE. MEN ON ENGINE SCALDED. (Received September 14, 5.35 p.m.) SYDNEY, Sept. 14. Heavy rains in the northern mountain district caused a landslide on the railway north of Armidale, 313 miles from Sydney. The passengers on the Brisbane express were transferred to a relief train on the south side. Two light engines were derailed by tho slip. A driver and a fireman were Scalded uud sent to hospital.
