AFFAIRS OF SPAIN.
CENSORSHIP OF THE PRESS. DATE OF THE ELECTION. (Received September 14, 5.35 p.m.) MADRID. Sept. 13. Tho Spanish Cabinet has decided to impose a press censorship at the end of next week. The Prime Minister, General Berenguer, states that tho general election will be held nt the end of December or early in January.
