STEEPLECHASE MEETING.

Altliouglf the sun shone brightly as the day advanced on Saturday, the wind was bitterly cold and anything but pleasant for the onlookers at the point-to-point steeplechaso meeting of the Pakuranga Hunt, held at Flat Bush on Saturday. Furs and the warmest of winter wraps were the favourite wear among the women who attended, few being discarded even in tho earlier part of the day.
