SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITIES.
RECRUITS FOR RED TRAINING,

CAIRO. Sept. 12.
Two men and two Russian Jewesses, who were acting as their secretaries, all of whom are declared to he agents of the Third (Communist) International, have beeu arrested.
It is alleged that the men and women have been concerned in the creation of <1 Bolshevik centre in Egypt, particularly in tho selection of Egyptian recruits for training at Moscow.
