Tlero is an unusual recipe: Take 2oz. flour, 2oz. butter, oho cup milk, one cup of cream, foiK tablespoonfuls sugar, six eggs, one tablespoonful vanilla essence. Mix the flour smooth.with..the milk and cream, and boil for a few minutes, stir-

ring all'the, time. Stir in tTie sugar and ! butter. Let it cool and add the beaten yolks, the flavouring, and then the whites of tho eggs, whipped stiff. Line some moulds with puff paste. Fill three parts full with mixture, and bake half an hour t, in a modorato oven.
