PADDINGTON FATALITY.
CHARGE OF MANSLAUGHTER. MOTOR-CAR DRIVER ARRESTED. {Received August 11, y.35 p.m.) SYDNEY, August 11. Frederick Guy, driver of the motor-car which killed Frank Hall at Paddington, Sydney, yesterday, has been arrested. Ho is' charged with manslaughter and reckless driving. Keith Voitre, the New Zealand jockey who was injured in the accident, is improving.
