MISS SPENCER'S DANCE.
Miss Spencer held a very successful evening in the Symondsville Studio on Saturday. Oriental lamps and bright coloured streamers made very effective decorations. Mr. F. Howe and his oichestra played se\cral new numbers, which were much applauded by the large attendance of dancers.
Among those present were:—Miss Spencer, who wore shrimp pink taffeta and georgette with gold setpiinned coatee; Miss K. King, primrose and cherry red georgette; Miss D. King, ankle-length frock of fuchsia and gold georgette; Miss Betty Page, sunglow pink taffeta and tulle ; Miss Heald, opal blue taffeta with tulle'hern; Miss Harrington, shell pink lace with large hip-bow of taffeta; Miss T. Thomas, bluebird blue georgette and lace; Miss Smith, black velvet ; Miss I\ Berrv. ivory lace over mist blue satin; Miss" M. Dawson, ankle-lengfh frock of apricot satin; Miss D. Robinson, heliotrope georgette; Miss G. Williams, light canary yellow taffeta and silver lace; Miss Charmers, apple green georgette trimmed with silver lace; Miss 01 ga Cresswell. leaf green taffeta with hem of cold lace; Miss Beswick, black ankle-length frock of lace; Miss Blundeli, shell pink lace; Miss B. Hardy, dark blush pink georgette and tulle; Miss V. Bteleski. flounced frock of coral pink satin; Miss Brett, moss green embossed velvet ; Miss I. Masters, ivory and salmon pink lace; Miss K. Milne, white georgette and ribbon, Miss 0. Hogan, azure blue georgette and gold lame; Miss I. Dennis, Nile green georgette with side panels of lace; Miss Kent, ivory georgette with frilled skirt of tulle; Miss Harrop, cornflower blue georgette; Miss Hington, larkspur bluo georgette with frilled hem; Miss Inez Badley, flounced blush pink satin and silver lace; Miss Bennett, apricot taffeta and gold lace; Miss A. Stewart, pastel pink satin and georgette; Miss McDonald, ankle-length frock of floral georgette; Miss Wiseman, sea green lace and georgette; Miss T. Burgess, silver gray georgette trimmed with pink taffeta.
