BOY'S EARLY LAURELS.
Britain has a bov coming on at Tottenham, in tho athletic world. His name is Alec Buchanan, and ho was the hero of Tottenham County School, at the annual sports of which ho won tho 100 yards, tho 220 yards, the quarter-mile, tho halfmile, and the mile. In addition this lad ran away with tho hurdles and won tho long jump with ft jump of 19ft. sin., which was a record for tho school and before tho days of tho great C. B. Fry was not often beaten by athletes older than schoolboys.
