DOG ROAD VICTIMS.

Following a proposal in England that scouts of the Automobilo Association should destroy dogs seriously injured on the roads, the National Canine Defence League has offered its assistance in furthering this scheme. Should experiments justify the adoption of tho proposal, tho league will undertake to provide humane killers and arrango for its experts to give instruction* to tho Association's scouts.
