Two charges of installing electrical conductors when he was not a registered wireman anr[ without a licence were admitted by John Alexander Malcolm, radio deaief, of Iluntly, in tho Hamilton Magistrate's Court to day. , The Crown solicitor. Mr. If. 'J'. Gillies, said defendant installed a wireless set operated from a beating plug in a house. A power board oilicial had found the, connection to he in a dangerous Condition. Malcolm had also made, an unauthorised connection in his shop at Iluntly. It was fortunate that, tho house and shop had not been destroyed by fire as a result of defendant's work.

wiremen. Malcolm installed these two sets in such a manner as to cause possible danger to ]i fo and property." Defendant was fined £lO on the first charge, with costs totalling £4 14s.
