YESTERDAY'S WEATHER.
CONDITIONS IN SOUTH. Auckland.—The weather continues io t'S unsettled. A light- variable wind and a dull, cloudy sky yesterday were followed by frequent rain showers last evening. The barometer continued falling during the day and the reading iasl ui-.lit was 29.60 in.
Christehuivh. —There were 11 dcgices of frost, yesterday morning, hut instead of line weather following, the sky became overcast and threatening, but lain did not set in until dark. Dunedin. —Tlio weather was unsettled yesterday. The barometer showed little movement. the reading in the evening beuijf 29.75 in.
