avondale club. The following were presented with prizes at the annual meeting of the Avondale Croquet Club:—A championship. Miss Waldron, runner-up, Mrs. Potter; B championship, Mrs. Marshall, runner-up, Mrs. Cardale; handicap singles, Miss Waldron, runner-up, Mrs. Hodgson; handicap doubles, Mrs. Exlor and Mrs. Hanham. . The following officers were elected President, Mrs. F.xler; vice-presidents, Mesdames Ellis, Neu man; secretary nnd treasurer. Mrs Marshall; committee. Mesdames Colo, Robinson. Ellis. Ansell. Walker, Archibald, and Miss Waldron; match committee, Mesdames Exler, Marshall, Miss Waldron; delegates to association, Mesdames Marshall" Exlcr; preen committee. Mesdames liobinson, Ansell.
