SHEARERS' AWARD.
MEN STILL AT WORK. UNIONS MEET AT WEEK-END. (Received July 17, 11.5 pin.) SYDNEY. July 17. Tho fonr that the shearers would strike owing to tho reduction of their wages under the new award has not materialised. The men in tiie majority of the sheds are carrying 011 under the newrates. The al.titudo of the unions toward the award will be determined at the end of this week.
