'I ho Duke of Connaught to-day unveiled a memorial at tho Westminster Ophthalmic Hospital to the late Mr. Bernard Baron, philanthropist. In the years lie spent in England, his adopted country, Mr. Baron gave more than £2,000,000 to charily.
