Probata of the will and codicils of Robert Hannah, deceased, lato of Well-
ington, boot manufacturer, in favour of the Public Trustee as executor, was granted to-day by the Chief Justice, Sir Michael Myers. The affidavit of the Public Trusteo filed in tho Supreme Court provisionally puts the value of the estate at £619,000. The will provides for the following public beouests:—
Piesbyterian Church, Finvov, County Antrim, £SOO, to bo used for religious purposes in association with tho said church. Presbyterian Orphanage, I3erhampore, Wellington, £IOOO, for the purposes of the orphanage. St. John's Presbyterian Church, Wellington, £IOOO, for the religious purposes of the said church. Sisters of Compassion, £SOO, to bo used for the maintenance and support of the institutions controlled by the Sisters. On tho provisional figures tho death duties payable on tho estate will be about £150,000.
Tho advisory trustees under the will aro Messrs. James and Alexander Hannah, sons, and the daughters of tho late Mr. R. Hannah, Mrs. Edith May Wiggins, Mrs. Kathleen Liddle and Mrs. Lilian Johnson.
