BUILDING AT HENDERSON.
Sir, —Re the application of Mr. g, Ozich, of Henderson, to erect living rooms over one of his shops, I should like to make it clear that it is not a question of 66 feet frontage, or an area of onequarter of an acre but whether the Henderson town Board was unreasonable in refusing to grant a permit for what is virtually a dwelling on a frontage of 14 feet, which is the frontage of this particular section. I might point out that we have no drainage in Henderson and the board considered that it would not be in the best interests of the place to allow a dwelling (o bo built upon such a small frontage. The permit was unanimously refused by the board. B. Haht, Member Henderson Town Board.
