FALL DOWN A PIT.
WORKER SERIOUSLY HURT.
POWER STATION ACCIDENT.
Injuries to the head were received by Mr. John Lupton, an employee of the Auckland Electric-Power Board, as a result of falling down a pit at the King's Wharf power station yesterday afternoon. Mr. Lupton was conveyed by the St. John Ambulance to the Auckland Hospital. His condition at a late hour last evening was
reported to be fairly serious. Mr. Lupton, who is a married manj aged 39, resides in York Street, Farnell,
