CONFERENCE IN AUSTRALIA. PROPOSED INCREASES DEFERRED. (Received June 29, 5.15 p.m.) SYDNEY, Juno 29. As a sequel to the conferenco between tho Prime Minister, Mr. J. H. Scullin, and the executive of the Australian Overseas Transport Association, tho shipowners. havo agreed to defer increasing freight rates pending the result of further efforts to reach an agreement with all sections of exporters.
