MISS SPENCER'S DANCE.
Miss Spencer's dance, hold nt the Symondsvillo Studio 011 Saturday evening, was a particularly bright and successful event. The decorations were very attrac five, and excellent music was played by Mr. J. Rowo and his orchestra. Among those who wero present wero:— Mrs. Spencer, who wore nut-brown gcorgetlo and gold lace; Mrs. D. Sloane, ivory white satin and silver lace; Mrs. Charles, shell pink georgctto and laeo; Mrs. A Gill, lilac beaded georgctto and velvet; Miss Spencer, ankle-length sage greon charnicuso sal in; Miss Swift, picture frock of ashes of roses, pink taffeta j Miss V Osmond, pastel yellow taffeta; Miss W Lanigand, corsage of shrimp pink satin wivii long frilled skirt of pink georgctto; Miss McDonald, bouffant frock of white satin and tulle; Miss E. Porter, powder bluo taffeta and silver laeo; Miss A Stowart, sunset pink taffeta; Miss Den nis, primrose floral satin; Miss Francis, draped frock of sea green satin; Miss D Hope-Johnston, white satin with over dress of tulle; Miss Trucsdalc, black floral lacc; Miss E. King, petunia georgctto and ivory lace; Miss Alexander, shell pink georgctto and laeo; Miss E. liyan, whito georgette with lart;e hip-bow of peach pink taffeta; Miss Freeman, prim rose georgette; Miss Mc'Calluui, carna tion pink georgette; Miss L Wallace, ciel blue satin with panel of gold lace; Miss If. Meek, amber and gold laeo with girdle of diamante; Miss M. McKonzio. wine red embossed chcnile; Miss M. Booth, Nile green brocaded satin; Miss Bieleski, pastel pink taffeta; Miss A. Duncan, kingfisher bluo satin; Miss Brialay, cornflower bluo lace; Miss B. Wheatley, flounced frock of briar rose pink satin; Miss Darvill, forget-me-not bluo taffeta; Miss D. -King, black georgctto and tulle; Miss R. Gow, flame taffeta with hem of flame tulle; Miss 11.
