VISITORS ENTERTAINED.
HAMILTON GOLF LINKS. On Thursday afternoon the wives of tho •lolegalcs visiting Hamilton for tho National Dairy Conference were taken for a motor drivb about Hamilton. Later in the day they were driven to the golf links and entertained at afternoon tea in tho dining room. Tho links wero looking very pretty with tho sun shining on tho fairways and well-cut putting greens. Those present were: Mrs. C. F. Baker (Rotoiti), Mrs. Stubbs (Hamilton), Mrs. Anderson (HautapuJ, Mrs. Bell (Oakura), Mrs. A. W. Wyllic (Rodney), Mrs. G. Heard (Rodney), Mrs A. Clark (Whangarei), Mrs. Duxfield (Horotiu), Mrs. J. Park (Auckland), Mrs. Leggc (Hawera), Mrs. Taylor (Ngaire). Mrs. Middlemiss (Whata. whata), Mrs.' Hardman (Paraparaumu), Mrs. Coyne (Makahu), Mrs. Fitzgerald (Eltham), Mrs. Panson (Hawera), Mrs. Tidswell (Hawera). Sirs. Ireland (Tokoroa), Mra. R. Kay (Hamilton), Mrs. Smith (Mercury Bay), Mrs McLean (Waipu), Miss Middlemiss (Whatawhata), Miss Legge (Hawera). Tho Hamilton ladies who drove (he party were: Mrs. Hugh Douglas, Mrs. K. English, Mrs. H. H Clark, Mrs. IT C. Ross, Mrs. Minohin, Mrs. R. B. Ct:unwell, Mrs. W. H. Hume, Mrs. Vere Chitty, Mrs. J. D. Smith, Mrs. C. L, MacDiarmid. Before leaving for Hamilton the visitors expressed the pleasure it had given them to visit the well-know n St. Andrews links* ,
