CONFERENCE FIXES 7£. NEW ZEALAND DISAGREES. (Keceived Juno 27, 9.3 p.m.) GEIvEVA., June 27,. The International Labour Conference, by 75 votes to 53, approved of the drafts convention fixing the day's work in coalmines at seven and three-quarter hours, bank to bank. The Australian and Canadian delegates agreed to the motion and those from New Zealand apposed it..
