FOREIGN AIR MAILS.

DOMINION CORRESPONDENCE SERVICE FROM JULY I. [bx telegraph.—press association.] WELLINGTON. Wednesday. An announcement regarding air mail correspondence was made yesterday by the Postmaster-General, the Hon. J. B. Donald. From July 1, the date of the coming into force of the Air Mail Convention of London, to which New Zealand is a party, letters, post cards, commercial papers, printed papers and samples may be posted in New "Zealand for despatch by air mail services in Australia, Canada and the United States of America. Such packets will also be accepted for transmission to Britain, Northern Ireland, the Irish Free State and countries in Europe by the Karachi-London air mail service.
