BREAKING THE SPELL.
COMING ATTRACTIONS. Lovers of tho legitimate stage and thoso who welcome with keen delight the visits of great musical artists have had little to look forward to for many weeks past. New Zealand, as far as the theatrical world is concerned, has been dead. Tho talking film has held tho stage unchallenged. Renowned concert artists have been conspicuous by their absence. Next month tho spell will bo broken. Tho famous pianist Backhaus will bo heard in the. Town Hall, whilo Ilis Majesty's Theatre will reopen once again with a musical comedy, " Love Lies."
