CHEERING THE SICK.

REVUE COMPANY'S CONCERTS

Tho annual meeting of tho Cosmopolitan Revue Company, which for the past threo years has provided many entertainments in tho cause of charity, was held on Wednesday evening. A review of last year's work showed that 45 concerts wero given at tho hospital and similar institutions. A representative had provided grarnophono music at the various wards of tho hospital orico a week.

The following officers were elected:— Chairman, Mr. F. Evans; organising producer, Mr. Neville Carlsen; secretary, Mr. Ceorgo Da vies; musical directress, Miss Eileen Brennan, A.T.C.L.; committee, Mrs. George Davies, Miss J. Iliscott, Mrs. Neville Carlsen, Messrs. G. arid N. Curlson. Letters of appreciation from various institutions were received. An entertainment was given by tho company at tho Costley Homo last evening. Elocutionary, singing and instrumental items were given, tho following artists taking part:—Mrs. G. Davies, Mrs. F. Evans, Miss Jesmond Iliscott, Mr. Jack O'Kane and his pupils, Mr. Gcorgo Davies, Mr. C. Mnssee, Mr. George Carlsen and Mr. Neville Carlsen. Miss Irene Brennan was tho accojnpanist.
