A claim for £3OO for allegefl wrongful dismissal was hoard in the Supreme Court to-day before Mr. Justice Kennedy. Plaintiff, Samuel McDougall, salesman, of Christchurch, alleged that defendant, Leslie Beaumont Miller, agreed to give him permanent employment. Plaintiff came from Glasgow to New Zealand and after working from December 14, 1928, to May 18, 1929, was dismissed. Decision was reserved.
