Disapproval cf the export cf arms and munitions oi war including aeroplanes to the Soviet lias become part, of the Prussian DciicY cf the United States Government. The State Department is taking action in regard to negotiations between a United States aeroplane manufacturing company and the Soviet- for the sale of worth of aircraft and equipment. The department has indicated that exporters in future will be informed that all such shipments will be regarded with disfavour.
