NEW ZEALAND'S CLAIM.
HUMANITARLAN MEASURES.
(Eeceived Jane IS, 10.j p.ra-* Times Cable. GENEVA, Jane IT. Professor A. H. Tocker was the nrst New Zealander to address the Labour Conference. He said New Zealand for a long time had promoted independently humanitarian measures which had been organised internationally by the Geneva Labour Office. The Dominion now was considering an international convention with a view to action thereon.
