EXTENSION REJECTED. [llY TELEGRAPH. —PRESS ASSOCIATION.] NEW PLYMOUTH, Wednesday. Two proposals for an expenditure of £16,700 011 tramway extension were rejected by the ratepayers of New Plymouth to-day by; a two-to-ono majority.
