PASSION FRUIT WINE.
Answer to Inquirer.—Tho following reripo has been supplied by a correspondent:—Take 112 passion fruit, loz. of isinglass. 71b. sugar, 2 gallons of water. Scoop out tho fruit, cover with water, shells and all, and let stand 36 hours. Strain through a bag, add tho sugar and isinglass and let it stand five days, stirring twice daily to melt tho isinglass. Strain again and bottle. It will be rcadv for use in three months, but tho longer it is kept tho better;
