LARGE MARLIN CAUGHT.
ANGLER'S LONG STRUGGLE. []lT TELEGRAM. —OWN CORRESPONDENT. ] RUSSELL, Monday. When fishing off Cape Brett in the launch Reliance yesterday, Colonel Mabin caught a largo striped marlin, weighing 3411b. The fish was not hooked in the mouth, but tho trace was tangled round the sword. It fought furiously for 2£ hours.
