SCOUTS AND GIRL GUIDES.
RALLY AT HAMILTON, [BY TFXEGRAFH. —OWN CORRESPONDENT.] HAMILTON. Sunday. A rally of Hamilton Boy Scouts and Girl Guides was held in the Civic Theatre, Hamilton, this af(ernoon. Mr. F. H.Clapham, deputy-mayor, presided over a full muster of (lie Hamilton units and others interested in the movement. Ha paid a tribute to the excellence of tho organisation. The meeting was addressed by Major F. W. Sandford, Dominion commissioner of training, who gave an interesting description of the jamboree held in England last year.
