RUMOURED . PROPOSITION. REHABILITATION FUND. (Received April 13, G. 5 p.m.) SYDNEY, April 13. " No offers have been received by tho Federal Government, nor has any consideration been given to 'the matter," said tho Prime Minister, Mr. J. 11. Scullin, when questioned about a cablegram from London to the effect that a spectacular proposal has been made by an Anglo-Australian financial group associated with powerful United States interests. This was that a fund of should lie established to rehabilitate overseas finances and bring exchange back to normal. Tho Primo Minister said Australia would approach tho overseas money market as soon as an opportunity presented itself.
