LUXURIOUS YACHT.

MR. J. P. MORGAN'S VESSEL.

CHAMPAGNE FOR CHRISTENING.

NEW YORK. April 10

A message from Bath, Maine, states that Mr. J. P. Morgan's new £500,000 yacht Corsair was launched after the financier's daughter had cracked a quart bottle of 1915 vintage champagne over her how. This is the fust, time since prohibition came into operation in America that such a christening has occurred at the historic shipyards at Rath. The luxurious yacht carries a crew of 58 men. She has a length of feet overall. Her displacement is 2712 tons and her cruising radius 25,000 miles. All the exposed woodwork is of Indian teak except the panelling in the crew's quarters, which is of mahogany. ,
