REFERENDUM POSTPONED.
NEW SOUTH WALES DECISION. (Received April 9, 10.5 p.m.) SYDNEY, April 9. The Premier of New South Wales, Mr. T. R. Bavin, announced in the Legislative Assembly to-day his intention of postponing the Upper House referendum until the next general election.
