MINOR DIVISION'S REPORT. SCHOOLBOYS' AUSTRALIAN TOUR The annual report of the Minor Division Committee of tho Auckland Football Association states that last season was the most successful in the history of the code, and this year promises to break even that record. The committee controls tho game in all its junior grades from the third intermediate downward, and also all tho primary and secondary schools, Last year there were 96 teams, with about 1500 players, under the committee, and 781 competition matches were played. A notable event was the inauguration of the first interprovincial secondary school's championship when Auckland defeated Wellington and became* the first holders of tho Skerrett Cup. The primary schools' championship tourney was won by Wellington. The big event of the coming season will bo tho tour of Australia by a representative team of New Zealand schoolboys, and Mr, R. P. Harrison, headmaster of the Belmont School, will be selector and manager. „
