COCONUT ROCKS.
Half lb. flour, ilb. desiccated coconut, 2oz. butter, 3oz. castor sugar, two eggs, one teaspoonful baking powder. Rub the butter into the flour, add all dry ingredients. Mix to a stiff paste with beaten eggs. Break off small pieces with a fork. Lay in rocky heaps on a greased fin. Bake in a quick oven 12 to 15 minutes.
