CLERK'S ROMANTIC CAREER.
A real romance of a poor boy's endeavour lies behind tlie appointment of Mr. B. 11. Binger as temporary chairman and financial consultant of the Invr'rcsk Paper Company. Beginning his career as a ticket clerk on tho Great Eastern Railway, with neither money noi family connections, to givo him a helping hand, -his success is tho result of long evenings spent in study, itig to become a chartered accountant when his day's work in the railway booking office was finished. Mr. Binger's chance came in Brazil. The railways thero required drastic reorganisation, and he stepped into the .breach as the one man who had a thorough grasp of the financial position. From that moment he has never locked back. He "is now a trusted friend of the Governor of the Bank of England, and ono of the most popular men in London financial circles. -
