PRESENTATION.

Prior to his departure to take up an appointment; as manager of the Feilding branch of the Union Bank of Australia, Limited, Mr. M. M. G. Thomas, accountant in the Auckland office, was presented by the manager and members of the staff with a canteen of cutlery. In making the presentation, the manager, Mr. W. H. Lunn, referred to Mr. Thomas' good work in the branchy and wished him success in his new position. Mr. Lunn'n remarks were endorsed by Mr. J. H. Baxter, manager of the Customs Street branch.
