Under his will the late Mr. Jama Trewin, who died recently at Foilding, appointed the Public Trustee as executor, and directed that the residue ef hi« estate, after providing for sundry bequests, should be held for a period, and then, with the accumulations of income,

Mr. Trewin is the second person to avail himself of the provisions of the Thomas George McCarthy Trust Act, the first being the late Mr. Henry Wilshaw, of Wellington, who died recently. There is a parish of St. Stythians in the diocese of Truro.
