NEW GOVERNOR-GENERAL.
ARRIVAL AT WELLINGTON.
SWEARING-IN CEREMONY TO-DAY.
[BY TELEGRAPH.—OWN CORRESPONDENT. WELLINGTON, Tuesday.
The Governor-General-designate, Lord Bledisloe, and Lady Beldisloe arrived from England by the Rangitiki to-night. At ten o'clock to-morrow morning they will disembark and after welcomes by the Harbour Board and the Mayor of "Wellington they will proceed to Government House.
The ceremony of swearing in the Gov-ernor-General will take place at three o'clock in the afternoon at the steps to the main entrance of Parliament Buildings.
