TOMATO CHEESE.
Half a pound tomatoes, one dessertspoonful butter, one or two eggs, one tablespoonful cheese. Scald the tomato; melt tjie butter in saucepan, and add tomato, seasoning, and .cheese; cook till soft; add beaten egg, and stir till it thickens. Servo on toast.
