PUDDING WITHOUT EGGS.
Take two heaped cupfuls of flour, one. Cupful of sugar, one cupful of raisins ana currants mixed. "Mix dry in a basin. Take two tablespoonfuls of .dripping, dissolved in a cupful of hot water, and one teaspoonful of carbonate of soda. Spice and salt to taste. A little essence or peel' improves it. Boil for three hours. / •
