COURT ACTION SETTLED.

Terms of settlement were announced to Mr. Justice Herdman in the Supreme Court yesterday in the case in which the Self-Help Grocery, Limited (Mr. Northcroft), sought an jijunction restraining the Blue and White Self-Heip Grocery (Mr. Goodall) from using the name "SelfHelp." The defendant company had agreed to eliminate the words "'Self-Kelp" from its name, and each side undertook not to encroach on the colour scheme of the other. The orrier is to lie in Court and not be available for the plaintiff company for two months.
