Tlie Homo correspondent of the Times says new Papal instructions regarding women's dress order diocesan bishops to insist with the utmost vigour that women must observe greater decency and modesty. ■ The Popo lays down a sories of rules, which the bishops must enforce, including forbidding girls and women "who put on indecent clothing," to enter a church. Ho also ■ urges parents to discourago their daughters from taking part in public exorcises and gymnastic contests. / >
