MR. HUGHES' CAR CAPSIZES.

MEMBER OF SENATE HURT.

(Received February 16, 5.45 p.m.) SYDNEY, Feb. 16. Mr.- W. M. Hughes, M.P., who is touring the country to organise a new Australian political party, received slight, injuries when his car fell 30ft.- down an embankment near Coolac.

A member of the Senate, Mr. W. L. Duncan (Nationalist, Now South Wales), who was a passenger in the car, received severe cuts and an injury to the shoulder, but he is recovering. The car was badly damaged.
