BREACHES OF THE ACT. [BY TELEGHAIJH. —OWN COMIESPONDBNT. ] THAMES, Tuesday. In Iho Magistrate's Court, Norah Kolly, daughter of tho licensco of the Junction Hotel, was charged with engaging a girl 13 years ot age to procuro a bottle of gin from tho Salutation Hotel. Sergeant Macnamara said the defendant when questioned had admitted tho offence. A fine of 20s and costs was imposed. Arising out of this offence, Victor Sammons, licensee of tho Salutation Hotel, pleaded not guilty to supplying a bottle of gin to a minor. On altering his plea to ono of guilty, Sammons was fined £& 10s and costs.
