ANNIVERSARY REGATTA. A meeting ot tbc Auckland Anniversary Regatta Sailing Committee was held last evening, Mr. E. B. Webster presiding. A protest was received from the owner of Moana against Ida for fouling tho mark at the starting lino and aa tho facts were admitted by Ida's ekipi.er it was decided to disqualify her. The amended result of the raco placed Heartseaso first. Prize second and Moana third. In tho race for e'ass N' Nga'.va, was placed first, Ngaro second and Matariki th-i'd. TAURANGA, Monday. The Tauranga Yacht' and Power-boat Club held its second race, for the Smith Cup for seven-footers on Saturday. Five boats competed. Tho results were:—K. Andrewe's Pal, 1; K. MAolvreH's. Petrel, 2; R..,Pemberton's Nestal, 3. Thfc aggregate points for the two races for tho cup are:—Pal, .10; Vestal, 5;. I'etrel, 4; Dottrell, 3; Ixl, 2.'
