FISHING REGULATIONS.
PROSECUTION OF. WOMAN. MAGISTRATE DISMISSES CASE. []3Y TELEGRAPH. —OWN CORRESPONDENT.] ROTORUA, Monday. A case was heard in the Police Court to-day before Mr. S. L. Paterson, S.M., in connection with a recent breach of the fishing regulations. Mrs. Dornbush, wife of Lancelot Dornbush, who was recently fined £ls for spearing trout, was charged with aiding and abetting her husband. The department took action for the purpose of giving publicity to the case. Mr. Cobeldick, chief ranger, stated the case for the Tourist Department, and the assistant ranger, Mr. W. H. Hayden, related the facts.
After hearing the evidence of Mrs. Dornbush the magistrate dismissed the case. s
