THREE QUEENS SELECTED.

fBY TELEGRAPH.—OWN CORRESPONDENT. J TAURANGA, Thursday.

At a meeting of the Tauranga Carnival Committee it was decided to continue with the queen carnival project with a view to raising funds for erecting saltwater baths. There will be three queens, representing the residents, the farmers and the Maoris. Miss Graham has been selected as the citizens' queen. Miss Wood as the farmers' and Miss Paretitaharangi Piabana as the Maoris'.
