NEW BUTTER FACTORY.
SUNNY PARK COMPANY. INCREASED CREAM SUPPLY. [BY TELEGRAPH. —OWN CORRESPONDENT.] HAMILTON, Thursday. In order'to cope with the increased supply of cream offering, and to deal with the cream skimmed from milk used for standardised cheese, the Sunny Park Co-operative Dairy Company, Limited, is building a small butter factory adjacent to its cheese factory. , The company is manufacturing three tons of cheese a day and expects that its output for the season will exceed 600 tons. Eight vans are in use each day. The cream received from home-separating suppliers and from the milk skimmed at the factory is at present sent to tho Hinuera Company's factory. The company expects to manufacture 160 tons of butter next season. • The new factory will be built of concrete and will contain many modern features.
